DoverPac® SF

The standard DoverPac® SF replaces the rigid poly bottle for split butterfly valve powder transfer applications.
DoverPac® SF offers:
- Better than 99.5% product recovery
- 10 & 25 Liter volume
- Charging and offloading applications
- Requires less storage space than poly bottles
- No cleaning validation required
- Uses ArmorFlex® - a static dissipative FDA and EU accepted material
- Restrained version accommodates 0.499 bar pressure excursions with 2x safety factor
The DoverPac ® SF has been applied to biopharmaceutical applications as well. This system was used in a successful Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) as Meto Corporation for buffer prep powder transfer.
