Cleaning

Several kits are available to support process vessel CIP operations as well as cleaning operations of the flexible containment attachment hardware. Kits permit:

  • All cleaning materials to be "bagged out", sealed, and separated for disposal
  • All cleaning operations to be contained
  • Full access to the process equipment through the use of flexible glove sleeves

Sampling

As part of the product manufacturing process involving dryers, reactors, and blenders samples have to be taken in a contained manner and transported to the laboratory.

DoverPac® flexible liners and enclosures include a sampling sleeve that allows product to be drawn off in a contained manner, separated, and then transported to the lab for QC analysis.
